JUDGING PROCESS

The M&M Awards 2010 will bring together a jury of individuals with a breadth of media expertise from around the globe. Our panel of eminent judges will scrutinize every entry to ensure that it demonstrates innovative thought, execution excellence and impressive results.
 


There will be two stages of judging :

Stage One: 

Our shortlisting jury will review categories online and score each entry against the given criteria below – the five highest scoring entries in each category will be shortlisted and submitted to the final judging panel.

Stage Two: 

A final judging stage will bring together our global Jury to look at and discuss every category shortlist and choose the winners.

 

Judging criteria:

Insight = 25%

Understanding of the international marketing challenge
Understanding of the international brand challenge
Understanding of international market
Consumer insight
Brand insight

Strategy = 25%

Innovative and creative media planning
Innovative and creative channel selection
Media cut through/stand out
Innovative solution to media challenge

Execution = 25%

Creative standout/cut through
Coordination of execution across channels
Coordination of execution across borders
Creative leadership

Results = 25%

By media coverage and frequency
Resonance of message
Against specific business objectives

 

The only exception to this scoring system will be for The Effectiveness Award category, where the criteria will be scored as follows:

Insight: 20%

Strategy: 20%

Execution: 20%

Results: 40%
